CONGRESS IS POSTPONED DUE TO THE COVID-19 UNTIL YEAR 2022

Dear participants,

Since the COVID-19 pandemic is going on with traveling restrictions and rules for social distancing we made a difficult decision to postpone the 3rd Congress on Tooth Transplantation until 2022. This is sad but your safety is our highest priority.

The new dates are May 19-21, 2022.

The online registration will be open on October 1, 2021.

All registered participants are offered the following conditions:

  • 1. Stay with us: Fully paid registration fee will be moved to the new dates under the same conditions (we guarantee the registration fee will not be increased).

  • 2. Those who opt-out and confirm their cancellation in writing by December 31, 2020 we will return the registration fee in full. From January 1, 2021 to January 31, 2022 we will refund you the full registration fee less 30 EUR manipulation fee.

    With the opening date of the online registration on October 1, 2021, the new payment and cancellation conditions will apply:

    Until January 31, 2022full refund of the registration fee, handling fee of 30 EUR will be deducted
    From February 1, 2022 until March 31, 202250 % of the registration fee
    From April 1, 2022no refund

    Accommodation (if ordered via GUARANT International spol. s.r.o.) will be refunded in full.

    All refunds will be made by the end of February 2021 the latest.

    Vážení účastníci,

    nedávno jste byli informováni o přesunu 3. autotransplantačního kongresu na příští rok. Nový termín vyhlásíme co nejdříve.

    Všem registrovaným nabízíme následující možnosti, jak dále postupovat:
    1. 1. Zůstaňte s námi: Uhrazený registrační poplatek převedeme do nového data za stejných podmínek (garantujeme stejnou výši registračního poplatku)

    2. 2. Těm, kteří se chtějí vyvázat a potvrdí své písemné storno během následujících 14 dnů, vrátíme celý registrační poplatek snížený o manipulační poplatek 30 EUR. Termín je 1. duben 2020.

    3. 3. Automatický převod registrace: Těm, kteří nepotvrdí své storno registrace do 1. dubna 2020, převedeme automaticky jejich registrační poplatek do nového data.

    4. 4. Storno po 1.dubnu 2020: platí stávající storno podmínky:

      Od 2. dubna 2020 do 4. května 202150% z registračního poplatku
      Od 5. května 2021 100% storno
